  Sorry, it’s difficult for me to answer this as I went to University for my Undergraduate degree and my PhD in the USA. However, my husband did study Marine Biology at Bangor University a number of years ago and got accepted through an Access course and not directly from A-levels. Not sure that helps, but good luck!
