To sit properly at a computer, make sure your back is straight and supported by the chair, your feet are flat on the floor, and your knees are at about a 90-degree angle. Your screen should be at eye level so you don’t have to bend your neck, and your keyboard and mouse should be close enough so your arms can stay relaxed with elbows also at about 90 degrees. Try to keep your wrists straight, not bent, to avoid strain. Taking regular breaks to stand up and stretch is also really important to stay comfortable and healthy.
