Music for me, because I have no musical talent. Art was similar, though I was not bad at using clay and I could draw with a pencil fairly well.
I couldn’t paint though. I’ve no idea how people do it but hats off to them!
English I liked but struggled with as I could never tell when I had done a good job or not. At least with maths or science you usually know there is a right answer.

Perhaps unusually, for my A Levels, I took maths, further maths, physics……. and history. It was frowned on to combine the sciences and the arts but I pushed and was allowed to do history.

There were a lot of essays but I really enjoyed it as it was a nice break from numbers.

Maths was always my worst subject in school, which is rather ironic considering I now have achieved a master’s degree in computer science. I never excelled in maths classes, often feeling overwhelmed and discouraged by complex equations and concepts. However, this experience taught me that you don’t have to be at the top of your class in every subject to achieve your goals. It’s passion and determination that truly make a difference.

I developed a love for technology and problem-solving, which fueled my motivation to become a UK Minecraft Education ambassador and a digital innovation and development coach. This proves that dedication can lead to success, even in areas that seem daunting at first.

Geography was my least favourite subject, because all we seemed to learn about was populations and politics, but tbh it was so long ago I can’t remember much about what we learned. However, French would have been a close second place too.
Now I love both geography (physical) and speaking foreign languages.

It was French for me; I really struggled with it. But I regretted not learning a second language and when I worked with people from around the world I always felt a bit embarrassed that they could speak my language but I couldn’t speak theirs. I ended up going to evening classes to learn Spanish in my 30s, and even got a GCSE – it’s never too late. Gracias por su pregunta.

Probably music as I didn’t like the teacher and I lack musical ability. French is also a strong contender as I much preferred German even though it’s French I am learning now as an adult.
