      You have to at least complete a degree at University to become a graduate at National Highways, but we do have Level 3 apprenticeships for 16+ year olds.

      I would definitely recommend working with control systems and the nuclear industry as a future career for any age group. There are lots of opportunities for people and a large range of careers and companies to choose from.
