Question: is the job really time consuming?

My job is 37 hours a week, so I tend to work 8.30am-4.30pm Monday-Thursday with a half an hour lunch break, then 8.30am-3pm on Fridays. Generally I don’t have to do overtime, but if I do, I can take that time off “in-lieu” – for example, if I work 2 hours extra one week, I can then take two hours off the next week. I also get 29 days holiday + bank holidays every year.
